‘Its mid-Winter, bright , sunny and warm and I am sampling a cold beer on my terrace whilst enjoying the general ambience. Its taken me almost 12 months to get this far, to find and to buy my own property in my chosen location. I am very happy. It has been an interesting journey, with plenty of ups and downs.
