'Our dream to have a holiday home in Spain was brought to fruition with the assistance of Philip at Coastline properties. We walked in to his office by chance searching for "the perfect apartment for holidays for us as well as rental potential." We spent the next 6 months 'holidaying' in Denia with extensive viewing days coordinated by Philip searching for "the one". Our last viewing was most certainly a curve ball a "one bedroom apartment without a pool" rebuffing our requirement for a "two-bed apartment with pool"! It was love at first sight and we purchased our apartment in May 2016.

The story doesn't end there as within 6 months we were back - not only to stay in our new, by the sea abode but to hunt for more 'permanent' premises. Philip's knowledge of the area, property and all things administrative led to us buying our home in Spain in May 2017! Nothing was ever a problem for Philip, he went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us in every aspect of purchasing our properties in Spain and we couldn't be happier to be living the dream here in Spain.
