'After much research in England to find an area in Spain to buy a Villa….My wife suggested Denia, as it seemed to be the least ruined by tourism and still very Spanish, a multitude of fantastic Restaurants, great local produce and a brilliant climate.
We arrived on a 10 day search….We spent the 1st few days walking into estate agents who then took us to what must have been 15-20 Villas non of which hit the spot. 'Our dream to have a holiday home in Spain was brought to fruition with the assistance of Philip at Coastline properties. We walked in to his office by chance searching for "the perfect apartment for holidays for us as well as rental potential."
