‘Its mid-Winter, bright , sunny and warm and I am sampling a cold beer on my terrace whilst enjoying the general ambience. Its taken me almost 12 months to get this far, to find and to buy my own property in my chosen location. I am very happy. It has been an interesting journey, with plenty of ups and downs. 'Our dream to have a holiday home in Spain was brought to fruition with the assistance of Philip at Coastline properties. We walked in to his office by chance searching for "the perfect apartment for holidays for us as well as rental potential." We spent the next 6 months 'holidaying' in Denia with extensive viewing days coordinated by Philip searching for "the one". Patiently taking us around Denia and the Marina Alta Philip showed us a variety of properties in different locations. Our last viewing was most certainly a curve ball a "one bedroom apartment without a pool" rebuffing our requirement for a "two-bed apartment with pool"! It was love at first sight and we purchased our apartment in May 2016.

'We contacted Coastline Properties after having had a number of viewings with other agents as we were looking to purchase a property in the north Coast Blanca. They showed us a variety of properties within our price range in numerous areas, they were very patient with us. After numerous viewings over several days Coastline took us to Denia which ticked all our boxes. It's very Spanish which is what we were looking for, Denia is not full of expats and is not a major holiday destination.
