Its taken me almost 12 months to get this far, to find and to buy my own property in my chosen location. I am very happy. It has been an interesting journey, with plenty of ups and downs. What I required was someone who actually LISTENED to what I wanted and then spent time searching, discussing and refining. Someone who actually spent time working on my individual requirements and effectively delivering a targeted selection of appropriate properties, who offered flexible viewings, provided timely answers to questions and had solid administration support throughout the process. 'After much research in England to find an area in Spain to buy a Villa….My wife suggested Denia, as it seemed to be the least ruined by tourism and still very Spanish, a multitude of fantastic Restaurants, great local produce and a brilliant climate.
