'Our dream to have a holiday home in Spain was brought to fruition with the assistance of Philip at Coastline properties. We walked in to his office by chance searching for "the perfect apartment for holidays for us as well as rental potential." We spent the next 6 months 'holidaying' in Denia with extensive viewing days coordinated by Philip searching for "the one". Patiently taking us around Denia and the Marina Alta Philip showed us a variety of properties in different locations. 'We contacted Coastline Properties after having had a number of viewings with other agents as we were looking to purchase a property in the north Coast Blanca.
